The Loire Valley is known for its flooding plains and unique landscape. Here, the small channel that runs along the Loire, known as L'Authion, is seen on the left.

This view reminded me of fall in the North East of the US where my family lives. It really brings me home.

Some times we think that we are the only and most important life on Earth we often forget that there are other amazing creatures living here. These are arthropods that live on the sandy shores of Wimereux, France.

This was my view from the plane on my way to Alicante from Nantes passing over the Pyrénées.

Setting these little hatchings free is liberating for us as well.

Sometimes we sit silently as we stare at a sunset or sunrise. This is the point where things come in or out of focus in our lives.

I found these on one of my hikes and after a conversation with my cousin we decided they looked like tiny palm trees.

These small mushroom were growing on a fallen tree and their ends were a beautiful shade of purple.
